Injections of nanobots result in self-assembly of artificial eyes that connect to Ping's brain

Big Fish is currently working on nanobots that work to fix the eye itself, so perhaps Ping's are a little more crudely fixed.

Maybe the eyeballs look metallic, or there is some sign of the operation around the side of the eye.

She may not blink, etc, as normal.
